Sal and Reliant Renovations were amazing to work with from day one. From pricing, to payments, to the work being completed, every step of the way was simple, easy, and painless. Sal will help you through out the whole process and is very flexible and knowledgeable. We got new siding and a new roof and love the new exterior of house. Sal's team were thorough, professional, and they completed the job faster than I thought they would. We also had some water damage inside of our house from our old roof which they fixed free of charge. For the first time ever, I can actually recommend a contractor I'm genuinely impressed with. I've always been disappointed in the past, so this was a nice change. Sal and his team took my old musty garage and turned it into a dream garage. I honestly couldn't be happier. The floors are black swirl epoxy and they're stunning. They painted the walls, patched holes, and the whole space just looks brand new. But the thing that really blew me away was how they handled my plumber access pit. It was this odd shape with a big pipe sticking right out of the center, and nobody else could figure out what to do with it. Sal's suggested custom fabricating a metal plate to cover it, and it came out great. Jet black paint, matches the swirl floor perfectly. It's one of my favorite parts now. What really set Sal apart was all the little finishing touches he suggested that I never would have thought of. He added trim where the epoxy meets the wall. He installed the hex lights so the cables are completely hidden instead of left hanging out. He even took care of exposed wiring to deal with general safety concerns. I could tell he genuinely cared about how the end product would look and feel, instead of just running through a checklist. And he would show up often to supervise the work being done. Sal's team also kept in touch every single day. Texts, updates, letting me know when they were coming and when they were leaving. No surprises. Although I kept adding scope to the project, Sal and his team were patient and understanding the whole time. Never made me feel like a pain. And even addressing an unrelated leak in a separate part of the house since they were already there. Can't recommend someone more. I plan to call Sal for future jobs.View on Google Maps
I recently hired Sal and the team at Reliant Renovations Inc. to fix my front stoop after some accidental damage left it looking like a complete eyesore. From the very beginning, Sal was incredibly professional. He came out, gave me a fair quote, and his team got to work right away. What really stood out to me was their communication and attention to detail. They shared pictures regularly to keep me updated on the progress, and they even proactively flagged that the old railing was rusted and unsafe — taking the initiative to suggest patching it up as part of the same job. They replaced the sections that were beyond saving and reinforced the rest, making the stairs significantly safer without me ever having to ask. During the project, we had some rainy weather that threatened to delay the masonry and concrete work. Instead of just leaving me hanging, Sal and his team were incredibly communicative throughout. They monitored the forecast constantly and let me know every evening whether they would be able to come by the following day, scheduling the work as late as possible to take advantage of any weather window. That kind of proactive communication is rare and genuinely appreciated. What also sets Sal apart is the network he brings to the table. When I had a separate HVAC issue that was completely outside the scope of the stoop work, Sal was able to connect me with a trusted specialist from his rolodex of skilled tradesmen. The job was handled just as professionally and efficiently as everything else he has touched. It speaks volumes that the people in his network operate at the same high standard he holds himself to. The stoop looks fantastic, and Sal still checks in to make sure I am happy with it. If you are looking for a contractor who not only does excellent work himself but also has the right people for virtually any job you throw at him, Reliant Renovations is the call to make. We recently had a large renovation project and Sal did a great job. I was overseeing a remodel for my father in law from another state which can be tricky but Sal took extra time to communicate with me almost daily throughout the entire project. The level of craftsmanship/expertise can be seen in these photos. As a realtor for over 25 years and someone who is familiar with remodeling I tend to be very detail oriented. Sal met all of our expectations and more. He makes sure you are completely satisfied with all of the work done and goes above and beyond. The bathroom tiled shower is amazing.
