Reliant Renovations completed a multi-phase demolition and polished-concrete flooring package within an existing supermarket. All work was performed during off-hours to accommodate store operations.
Project scope
- Demolition and removal of existing first-floor flooring
- Demolition and removal of existing cellar-level flooring
- Selective demolition of interior partitions
- Preparation of exposed concrete surfaces
- Polished concrete flooring throughout the first floor and cellar
- Off-hours coordination to minimize operational disruption
